Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction with American Standard Bathing products. If you need to return or exchange a product, we've made the process simple and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. There is a 15% restock fee.

Condition Requirements: Products must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging and documentation intact.

Original Proof of Purchase: Return authorization requires original invoice or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned. Also, parts cannot be returned.

Items Damaged Due to Misuse: Products damaged by improper installation or use are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email customercare@americanstandardbathing.com or call our customer service team at 1-833-860-6300 to initiate a return.

Provide Order Details: Include your order number, product model, and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization: We'll provide a return shipping label and authorization number.

Ship the Product: Use the provided label to return the product in original packaging.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned item.

Exchanges

Same Product Exchange: Products may be exchanged for the same model in a different finish or color at no additional cost within 30 days.

Different Product Exchange: Exchanges for different products may incur an additional fee or credit depending on price difference.

Shipping: We provide return shipping; customer pays for outbound shipping on exchanges unless item was defective.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you refused your freight shipment because the crate had significant damage and damage to the product was likely or the driver did not allow you to open the crate and inspect the product, or if you received your product and it is missing parts, please email Customer Care at customercare@americanstandardbathing.com.

Warranty vs. Returns

Returns cover buyer’s remorse or wrong item selections within 30 days. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty Information page for complete details.

Parts are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on returns.
Warranty Claims: Shipping coverage for warranty-related claims will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Warranty Information.
